Identity checked deliberately: a second Louisville joint surgeon named Richard A. Sweet is described elsewhere as a decades-long pioneer, and NPPES confirms this NPI is RICHARD ALEXANDER SWEET II, enumerated 2012, matching the 2012 medical-school year on the record. The page itself says "Continuing a family legacy in orthopaedics". The other man's pages were not used.
